Welcome

Welcome to the official webpage of the MIT Class of 2014 Brass Rat! The MIT Class Ring is one of the Institute’s most revered traditions, and students are so excited when their class’s design is finally revealed during their sophomore year.

Revealed to our class on February 10th, 2012, here you can find the designs for the bezel, the skylines, the class shank, the MIT shank, as well as the infamous hacker’s map.

Another tradition held dear to MIT students is the actual delivery of the rings. Students will finally receive their Brass Rats in May at the John Joseph Moakley Courthouse, which features breathtaking views of the Charles River.

Finally, you can meet the Class of 2014 Ring Committee. We are an incredibly diverse group of students that represents many aspects of campus. It is with feedback from our class, and our own MIT experiences that we have created a unique Brass Rat that we hope each member of our class will be proud to wear.

Delivery

Delivery will be held on May 11, 2012 at The Courthouse. Located in the Seaport district, The Courthouse has gorgeous views of Boston Harbour and downtown Boston.
